Teaching and Assessing Intercultural Competence in a P-20 Collaboration

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

In this session, a group of educators and researchers from various backgrounds show how their collaboration brought about the systematic implementation of intercultural (communicative) competence theory among learners in elementary, middle, high school, and the post-secondary level. The presenters will provide concrete examples of teaching and learning by presenting teaching materials as well as examples of learners' work, so that other teachers can be inspired to develop similar approaches in their own classrooms.
